With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Cat has consistently demonstrated excellence and passion. Her dedication earned her the Victorian Personal Trainer of the Year award in 2022 and the People’s Choice Registered Fitness Professional award in 2023—accolades that speak volumes about her impact and expertise.

Her journey into dietetics was sparked by a life-changing conversation with renowned nutrition scientist and lifestyle medicine expert Joanna McMillan at a fitness industry convention. Inspired by this encounter, Cat committed to helping others transform their relationship with food.

Cat now holds a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from Latrobe University and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University, where she was honoured with the prestigious “Good Egg” Award. This recognition celebrated her leadership, collaboration, and peer support throughout the program.

Looking ahead, Cat is set to further her expertise by completing accreditation in sports dietetics with Sports Dietitian's Australia in 2025.

Review

Our review appointments, typically scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial consultation, are designed to assess your progress, overcome any challenges, and fine-tune your personalised nutrition plan. These sessions provide a chance to review changes in your diet, lifestyle, or health metrics, ensuring you're steadily moving toward your health and wellness goals. To offer immediate support, we also include a 15-minute check-in two weeks after your initial consultation. This quick session helps address any questions, troubleshoot challenges, and make minor adjustments to your plan, setting you up for success as you continue your journey to improved health and well-being.
